Beauty Expert and Consultant for content strategy and research

We worked with Sephora, the leader in beauty and experiential retail, and Mrs&Mr, a top social media agency. Sephora was looking to maintain its lead but also make its mark in a competitive category: social media. In collaboration with Mrs&Mr, we helped to develop a social media strategy to bring Sephora into the future. We guided and created content and programming for Sephora through 2020 and beyond. This included crafting a new vision for Sephora's social media platforms, providing a strategic outline for now and the future based on voice and visual presence. We then developed over 25 original and category-defining social programs to drive further engagement, and brand love.
